Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a continuous oxidation system for phi 3mm-10mm titanium alloy wires. The system comprises a tubular heating furnace, a heating pipe is arranged in the tubular heating furnace,a gas supply device is installed in the heating pipe and used for supplying oxidation gas into the heating pipe to enable to-be-oxidized wires in the heating pipe to be evenly oxidized, and a discharge outlet of the heating pipe is provided with a collection rotating disc which is used for collecting the wires heated and oxidized by the heating pipe. The problem that a box type heating furnace isuneven and insufficient in oxidation is solved, the defects of mold sticking, cracking and the like caused by uneven and insufficient oxidation in the wire follow-up deformation process are reduced, the requirements for evenness of the heating furnace are lowered through the dynamic oxidation process, the labor is saved, and the efficiency can be increased by downsizing staff.
