The invention provides a combined device for treating a landfill leachate nanofiltration concentration solution. The combined device is composed of an iron-based flocculating and precipitating device,an electro-Fenton like advanced oxidation device and an activated carbon adsorption device, wherein the iron-based flocculating and precipitating device comprises a flocculating and stirring tank, anautomatic pH control system and a precipitating tank; a frequency adjuster is used for adjusting different stirring speeds needed in flocculating and coagulation-supporting processes; an electro-Fenton like reaction device comprises an intermediate water tank, an electro-Fenton like reaction tank and an automatic oxidation-reduction potential control system; a flocculation reaction supernatant solution is used for providing the needed catalyst precursors for electro-Fenton like reaction, so that the electro-Fenton like reaction device achieves a better organic matter removal effect; the activated carbon adsorption dev
