Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a display device capable of avoiding concentration of stress on a flexible wiring substrate to reduce damage to wiring on the flexible wiring substrate. The display device comprises a display panel and a circuit board which outputs a video signal according to a video signal to be displayed on the display panel, wherein the display panel and the circuit board are connected to each otherby using a flexible wiring substrate (4). Wiring patterns (42a, 42b) that electrically connect the display panel to the circuit substrate and a driving circuit (41) that drives the display panel on the basis of a video signal outputted from the circuit board are mounted on one surface side of the flexible wiring substrate (4).
