Zusammenfassung:	A two-bundled conductor cart device across a spacer and a crossing method thereof are disclosed. The two-bundled conductor cart device includes a cart body on two bundled conductors. The cart body includes a cart sliding mechanism that is movable on the conductors, bearing sliding seats on both sides of the cart sliding mechanism and a cart stool mechanism. The cart sliding mechanism comprises a first pulley set connected with the two bundled conductors at the front and a second pulley set connected with the two bundled conductors at the rear. The cart stool mechanism includes a first connecting arm and a second connecting arm that are connected to the bearing sliding seats, a traction rope for traction and a stool. One end of the first connecting arm and one end of the second connecting arm are respectively provided with a first rolling bearing and a second rolling bearing that are movable in the bearing sliding seats.
