Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a compressed sensing theory based pipeline radial sound mode detection system and method. According to the invention, N sensor arrangement positions are uniformly arranged on aradius of a measurement section along the pipeline in the radial direction. H positions are selected randomly from the N sensor arrangement positions and sensors are arranged in the H positions. Themethod provided by the invention breaks through limits of the Shannon-Nyquist sampling principle and reduces a large-scale sensor array required before to an acceptable number range under the premiseof realizing the aim of extracting radial mode amplitude value accurately.
