The hydraulic pressure control device and the power transmission control device are beneficial to driving efficiency of a hydraulic pump. A hydraulic pressure control device body (10) is provided with a hydraulic pressure control portion (110), a pump portion (120), a shaft (160) and a motor portion(130), wherein the hydraulic pressure control portion (110) controls the hydraulic pressure by adjusting flowing of oil; the pump portion (120) generates the hydraulic pressure; the shaft (160) rotates around a central axis (J); and the motor portion (130) drives the pump portion (120) through the shaft (160).
