The invention relates to a plane ultrasonic motor driven by isomorphic modes of a double-cross coupling type piezoelectric vibrator. The motor is composed of a vibrator assembly, a rotor assembly anda support assembly. The main structure of the vibrator assembly presents a double-cross coupling configuration, the vibrator assembly is fixed on the support assembly through screws and is installed between vertical plates on the two sides of the support assembly and located in the two sliding plates of the rotor assembly and connected with the rotor assembly through driving feet.
