The invention discloses a microswitch having high synchronism. The microswitch comprises a shell, a pressing operation rod, a reset elastic member and multiple microswitch groups. The microswitch groups and the reset elastic member are accommodated in the shell. The pressing operation rod is arranged in the middle part of the shell in a penetrating way and connected with the reset elastic member in an abutting way. Each microswitch group comprises two switch components which are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the pressing operation rod.
