The data processing method based on the situation change models comprises the steps thatthe situation change models indicating situation changes of service objects at all service nodes in a service system are established according to a service library and a transfer library of the service system, wherein the situation change models comprise sensing parameters, and the sensing parameters include the first sensing parameters representing the probability that the service objects mutually migrate among the nodes; historical data of the service system is collected; the historical data is substituted into the situation change models to be trained through a neural network, the sensing parameters of the situation change models are obtained, and a situation calculation model is formed by the situation change models whose sensing parameters are determined; according to the situation calculation model, service
