The invention provides a data management inquiring method and system. The method comprises the following steps of selecting a part state standard; traversing an input part list and conducting searching in a part database of the ID of each part; if the parts are searched out, determining the current state of each part according to the selected part state standard; generating a part state recordingtable according to the obtained current states of all parts. By means of the data management inquiring method and system, different states of the parts in the selected state standard can be quickly and effectively inquired, the part state recording table is generated, and checking and using by a user are greatly facilitated. 本发明提出种数据管理查询方法及系统，该方法包括以下步骤：选取零件状态标准；对输入的零件清单进行遍历，根据每个零件的ID在零件数据库中进行查找；如果查找到零件，则根据选取的零件状态标准确定零件的当前状态；根据得到的所有零件的当前状态生成零件状态记录表。本发明能够快速有效地查询零件在所选状态标准下的不同状态，并成零件状态记录表，极大地方便了用户的查看和使用。
