The preprocessed high-power laser reflector consists of a preprocessed reflector, a radiator and an annular support frame. Firstly, according to calculation or an experiment, the thermal deformation of the reflector under laser irradiation is obtained, then the reflector is preprocessed, and finally the surface of the preprocessedreflector is coated and the reflector is assembled. The preprocessed reflector is maintained at a constant temperature through the radiator, and the thermal deformation caused by laser irradiation cancompensate preprocessing treatment, so that the preprocessed reflector is restored to have an ideal surface shape and the transmission quality of laser beams is ensured.
