The invention provides a device and method for dynamic weighing, code scanning and photographing, and size detection of parcels. The device comprises a conveying device body; and a size measurement device, a bar code scanning and photographing device and a PLC control cabinet are arranged on the conveying device body. The PLC control cabinet controls the starting, stopping, and operation speed ofthe conveying device body; an industrial personal computer and a touch screen are arranged on the PLC control cabinet and carry out bidirectional communication with the PLC control cabinet, the size measurement device, and the bar code scanning and photographing device; and information systems are installed inside the industrial personal computer and the touch screen and is used for managing information collected by the size measurement device and the bar code scanning and photographing device and displaying the collected information. According to the invention, seamless docking with the existing logistics sorting dev
