Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a molecular marking method for identifying fertility of a single plant in a male sterile dual-purpose line of chili during seedling stage. The method includes the steps of: firstly, artificially designing a pair of specific nucleotide sequence as a primer, and performing PCR amplification to genome DNA of every single plant in the male sterile dual-purpose line of chili with the primer; performing electrophoresis to the amplification products with 0.8% sepharose gel, if a specific band appears in the electrophoresis result, it means that the amplification product in this electrophoresis lane comes from a stamen fertile plant, or otherwise the amplification product in this electrophoresis lane comes from a male sterile plant. The method has simple and quick processesand is stable and reliable. The identification result is coincided with identification result of fertility with floral organs in field.
