The upper grinding device comprises a portal frame, a two-dimensional linear screw rod sliding table and a stepless speed change device. The lower grinding device comprises a mouting seat and a grinding disc. The stepless speed change device comprises an input motor, a stepless speed change mechanism and a workpiece disc.
