Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving performance uniformity of strip steel. During hot rolling production of the strip steel, the strip steel is treated in a step cooling mode in the same width direction, specifically, the step cooling mode is characterized in that the laminar flow water flow is decreased from the position with the distance being 120-200 mm from the edge of the strip steel to the edge in a gradient mode, and the laminar flow water flow is decreased by 2%-6% every 30-60 mm. According to the method, the performance uniformity of the strip steel in the same width direction is achieved by controlling the laminar flow cooling water flow of the strip steel during hot rolling, structure and performance fluctuation of the strip steel in the width direction is avoided, and thus the machinability of the strip steel in the width direction is good. The method is suitable for steel types such as low-carbon steel, ultra-low-carbon steel, low-alloy high-strength steel and dual-phase steel.
