The invention discloses a prestack seismic trace set segmented amplitude energy compensation method and system. The method comprises the steps of calculating depth-domain forward trace set data basedon a logging curve and seismic data, and converting the depth-domain forward trace set data into time-domain forward trace set data; calculating a forward trace set offset response equation, an actualprestack seismic trace set offset response equation and the curvature of the actual prestack seismic trace set offset response equation based on the time-domain forward trace set data and actual prestack seismic trace set data; setting a demarcation point, grouping the offsets, and respectively calculating a large offset response equation and a small offset response equation; replacing the gradient with the forward trace set gradient, solving an intercept value, and acquiring a compensated offset response equation; and acquiring the difference of amplitude values at each offset position, andthus acquiring a compensate
