Free primary carbide nucleates and grows in the initial state of liquid phase solidification, and the necessary condition of nucleation and growth of the free primary carbide is the requirement for the time, the concentration fluctuation environment and the energy fluctuation environment; in order to restrain nucleation and growth of the free primary carbide, the chromium content in the grey cast iron is increased in the method; in the iron liquid solidification process, high carbon chromium iron is added into molten iron through a pouring process, so that the free primary carbide caused by chromium has neither enough energy to nucleate nor enough growing time, accordingly, the purpose of restraining the free primary carbide is achieved, and the tensile strength of a casting is improved.
