Zusammenfassung:	In the context of a refrigeration unit having a storage chamber (1) and an evaporator (4) that cools the storage chamber (1), a processing unit (8) is set up, at a given temperature (T) of the storagechamber (1), to assign values of the air humidity (r) in the storage chamber (1) and an evaporation temperature (TD) of the evaporator (4) to one another with the assumption that the absolute water vapor content of the air of the storage chamber (1) is the same as that of water-vapor-saturated air at the evaporation temperature (TD).
