Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a heat dissipation device for power modules of a wind power generation frequency converter. The heat dissipation device includes a group of power modules arranged side by side. Each power module includes a voltage sharing resistor, absorption capacitors and an insulation rack board. The side face of the each voltage sharing resistor is equipped with a group of the absorption capacitors. The rear part of each power module is equipped with a heat dissipation air channel. The heat dissipation device is characterized in that the bottom of the voltage sharing resistor of each power module is equipped with a heat dissipater; the voltage sharing resistors and the heat dissipaters are mounted on the vertical insulation rack boards; an insulation cross board is arranged onthe middle part of the insulation rack board; the insulation cross boards are disposed between the voltage sharing resistors and the heat dissipaters; each heat dissipation air channel is provided with a ventilation hole at a |
