The emergency lighting LED lamp comprises a single chip microcomputer (1), a rechargeable battery (2), a radiator (3), an LED lamp plate (5) and a light concentrating tile (6) which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom. Two or more LED lamp beads (51) are arranged on the LED lamp plate (5). A penetrating hole (52) is formed in the LED lamp plate (5). The LED lamp plate (5) and the light concentrating tile (6) are arranged in a shell (8). The shell (8) is connected with the radiator (3).
