The invention discloses an aging loading manipulator for a digital set top box board card. The aging loading manipulator comprises an underframe and a driving mechanism arranged on the underframe; a mounting plate is arranged on the upper end face of the underframe and provided with a cylindrical mounting column, a rotating rotating-disc mechanism is arranged in the cylindrical mounting column, and the upper end of the rotating rotating-disc mechanism is connected with a horizontal circumferential rotating driving device; a longitudinal circumferential rotating driving motor is mounted on theside part of a shell of the horizontal circumferential rotating driving device, the longitudinal circumferential rotating driving motor is connected with a first mechanical arm, the first mechanical arm is connected with a second mechanical arm, and a driving motor for driving the second mechanical arm is arranged at the connecting position; and a mechanical claw is mounted at the outer end of thesecond mechanical arm, an
