Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a nanometer low-porosity porous aluminum alloy, and in particular relates to a method for manufacturing the nanometer low-porosity porous aluminum alloy by treating a water-soluble pore forming agent as a porosity controlling agent and utilizing a sintering and dissolving method. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: setting theporosity of the porous aluminum alloy to be A%; preparing the water-soluble pore forming agent powder and aluminum alloy powder based on the volume ratio of A%: (1-A%), and uniformly mixing to obtainmixed powder; pressing and molding; and sintering under the temperature of 550-650 DEG C in a vacuum environment to obtain a sintering body; soaking the sintering body in a water solution; and dryingto obtain the porous aluminum alloy with the porosity of B%, wherein the relation of B and A sees the description.
