Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an aluminium alloy refining method which comprises the step of spraying a refining agent in aluminium alloy fused solution by adopting the mixing blowing method of inert gas-refining agent. The refining agent comprises MgCl2 and KCl. With adoption of the aluminium alloy refining method, nonmetallic inclusion, hydrogen, sodium, calcium, lithium and the like in aluminium alloy can be effectively removed, the pinhole first-grade rate of an aluminium alloy product can be remarkably increased, the physical performance of aluminium alloy is improved, and the fractograph of aluminium alloy also can be improved. 本发明公开了精炼铝合金的方法,包括:采用惰性气体-精炼剂混吹方法向铝合金熔融液中喷入精炼剂,所述精炼剂中含有MgCl和KCl。采用本发明提出的精炼铝合金的方法,可以有效除去铝合金中的非金属夹杂物,以及氢、钠、钙和锂等,显著提高铝合金产品的针孔级率,并使铝合金的物理性能得到提升,此外,还能改善铝合金的断口组织。
