According to the technical scheme, computing of each parameter is achieved by additionally arranging a carbon brick corrosion model computing module in the PLC control procedure; and each corrosion parameter and the tendency and dynamic models thereof can be looked over rapidly in real time in a picture, the visual degree and clarity of the parameters are higher, technologists can look for the carbon brick corrosion conditions more conveniently, the production accidents are effectively reduced, the labor intensity of staff is relieved, and a good foundation is laid for stable production of a blast furnace and prolonging of the furnace age of the blast furnace.
