The invention discloses cation-non-ionic mixed waterborne polyurethane. The cation-non-ionic mixed waterborne polyurethane is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 18 to 30 partsof a non-ionic hydrophilic monomer, 30 percent to 50 percent of polyether diol, 20 percent to 35 percent of diisocyanate, 4 to 7 parts of a chain extender and 2 to 6 parts of neutralization acid.
