Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process of quickly ionitriding of 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo heat-resistant steel. The process comprises the following steps: tempering treatment before nitriding: a, cleaning the 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo heat-resistant steel thoroughly with a cleaner; b, putting the cleaned 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo heat-resistant steel in an electric furnace for three-time solution treatment; and c, detecting the mechanical properties of the 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo heat-resistant steel after solution treatment and selecting steel, the grain size of which is 8-10 grades, which is free of slip line in crystal and the quantity ofcrystal twin of which is smaller than or equal to 15%, for later use; and ionitriding treatment: cleaning surface dirt of the selected 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo heat-resistant steel with the cleaner, and removingburrs, and then carrying out ionitriding; and finally, carrying out inflation and blowing-in of the furnace.
