Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a British standard B500B twisted steel adding with micro-alloyed nitrogen and its production technique. The twisted steel is prepared from, by mass percent, 0.19-0.22% of C, 0.22-0.28% of Si, 1.05-1.11% of Mn, 0.022-0.028% of V, 0.31-0.35% of Cr, not less than 0.035% of P, and not less than 0.035% of S; the allowance is Fe and inevitable impurities. The production techniqueincludes smelting, continuous casting and rolling. During the smelting process, the micro-alloyed nitrogen is added, and can replace ferrovanadium for the production of the micro-alloyed nitrogen production; the twisted steel can improve the steel intensity, flexibility, ductility and thermal fatigue resistance; thus the steel has good weldability and can reduce cost of steel per ton.
