The invention provides an adhesive for sticking a nitrile butadiene rubber plug cap and a spraying pipe and a technological method. The adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 45 to 70 parts of epoxy E-51, 8 to 12 parts of toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, 1.5 to 5 parts of gas-phase silicon dioxide, 30 to 45 parts of JLY-121 polysulfide rubber, 1 to 3 parts of KH-550 and 6to 8 parts of 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole. According to the adhesive provided by the invention, after the surfaces of an acetone washing spraying pipe lining and the plug cap are stuck together and dried, the surfaces of the plug cap and the lining are coated with the adhesive and then are pressurized and dried.
