Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a gas mask part assembly process analysis method. By using a finite element method, the gas mask part assembly process is subjected to simulation analysis, and the simulation process comprises three parts of pretreatment, solution and aftertreatment. Pretreatment mainly comprises introduction of a gas mask part three-dimensional model, building of a rubber cover body material model, dividing of computing grids and setting of contact conditions; during solution, firstly boundary conditions and loads of the model are set, and then a parallel operational model of a computeris utilized to solve the model; during aftertreatment, characteristics of a simulation result are extracted, and a graph is drawn and analyzed.
