The dust collecting head assembly of the underground drillingmachine is used for supporting a dust collecting head. The dust collecting head assembly comprises a stabilizing rod, a hydraulic system, a fastening component and a support. The stabilizing rod comprises a pushing part, and at least one part of the pushing part is movably mounted on a drilling module of the underground drilling machine, and the pushing part is used for pushing the mine face of an underground mine in drilling so as to stabilize the drilling module. The hydraulic system provides power for moving of the stabilizing rod, and when the pushing part of the stabilizing rod moves till the upper end of the pushing part pushes the mine face of the underground mine, the hydraulic system can maintain the pushing part on the corresponding position roughly.
