According to the technical scheme, industrial wastewater is filled with nitrogen, fermenting is carried out by using acetogenic bacteria, the pH value of fermentation liquor is adjusted to be 7, C/N is adjusted to be 44, 20 mmol/L of ethyl bromoethane sulfonate is added, and 1 mL/L of an nutrient solution is added. According to the hydrogen production liquid, the pH value, the C/N and the concentration of the ethyl bromoethane sulfonate are optimized so that the concentration of acetic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid in the hydrogen production liquid can reach 1031.12 mg/L, 51.32mg/L, 84.94mg/L, 71.24mg/L respectively, and meanwhile, the removal rate of COD in the industrial wastewater can reach 99%. 本发明公开种微生物电解池制氢液,向工业废水内充满氮气,用产乙酸菌发酵,调整发酵液pH值为7,C/N为44,添加乙溴乙烷磺酸盐20mmol/L,添加1mL/L营养液。本发明通过优化pH值、C/N和乙溴乙烷磺酸盐浓度,实现制氢液中乙酸、乳酸、丙酸和丁酸浓度分别达到1031.12 mg/L、51.32 mg/L、84.94 mg/L、71.24 mg/L,同时对工业废水中COD的去除率可达99%。
