The invention discloses a production process of a molten-cast mullite brick. The production process of the molten-cast mullite brick comprises the following steps: (1) selecting raw materials and preparing; (2) melting the raw materials; (3) pouring; (4) performing heat treatment divided into a crystallization stage and an annealing stage: 1, crystallizing, and 2, annealing, namely cooling the casting product; (5) machining the casting product.
