The method comprises the following steps: pouring edible oil and Chinese prickly ash into a pot and conducting stir-frying until fragrant; adding dried chili, ginger and soybeans to the pot, conducting stir-frying until fragrant, adding soup-stock, and boiling the soup-stock; pouring honeysuckles, licorice, white fungi, longan, edible salt and crystal sugar into the pot; fishing out the honeysuckles, the white fungi, the licorice and the longan; placing garlic, fresh chili and vinegar in the pot to obtain an initial sauce; uniformly mixing seasonings including the Chinese prickly ash, the licorice, the longan and Chinese wolfberries, wrapping the seasonings with gauze, putting the obtained seasoning bag into a jar, and pouring red wine into the jar; (8) pouring the initial sauce and sesame oil into the jar; and sealing the jar for pickling for a week.
