Zusammenfassung:An aluminum alloy machining method, an aluminum alloy shell and a mobile terminal are disclosed. The method includes subjecting an aluminum alloy to a first time of sand blasting by utilizing a multi-edge and multi-corner abrasive material; removing the abrasive material from the surface of the aluminum alloy by utilizing a chemical process; and subjecting the aluminum alloy from which the abrasive material is removed to a second time of sand blasting by utilizing zirconia. The aluminum alloy shell obtained by the method has finer sand sense, the yield is increased and the cost is reduced. 本发明公开了种铝合金加工方法、铝合金外壳和移动终端,该铝合金加工方法包括:用多棱角磨料对铝合金进行第次喷砂处理;利用化学方法去除所述铝合金表面的所述多棱角磨料;用氧化锆对去除了所述多棱角磨料的所述铝合金表面进行第二次喷砂处理。通过本发明的铝合金加工方法获得的铝合金外壳的砂感效果更加细腻,而且提高了良率、降低了成本。
