The invention discloses an adhesive sticker label, which comprises a thin film protective layer, a printed plane material layer, an undercoat, an adhesive layer, a silicon coated layer and a backing paper layer. The thin film protective layer, the printed plane material layer, the undercoat, the adhesive layer, the silicon coated layer and the backing paper layer are sequentially laminated from top to bottom. The invention further discloses a production method of the adhesive sticker label, which comprises the following steps: (1) printing the plane material layer; (2) laminating the thin filmprotective layer and the undercoat; (3) smearing an adhesive; (4) laminating the backing paper layer; and the like.
