Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a water chilling unit and a starting control method and device of the water chilling unit. The starting control device comprises a first temperature sensor arranged at the position of a chilled water outlet of an evaporator of the water chilling unit and used for detecting the temperature of the chilled water outlet, a second temperature sensor arranged at the position of acooling water outlet of the condenser of the water chilling unit and used for detecting the temperature of the cooling water outlet, and a controller connected with the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor, connected with an electronic expansion valve and a compressor of the water chilling unit and used for adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to reach the preset time and then controlling starting of the compressor.
