Soil activating agent

The invention discloses a soil activating agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-50% of minerals, 20-50% of proteins, 20-40% of crystal carbon, 5-15% of humic acid and 0.2-0.5% of polyaspartic acid.
