Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an aluminum-based composite powder material. The aluminum-based composite powder material comprises the following raw material components of, by weight, 25-30% of nano SiC powder and the balance AlSi10Mg powder, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of all the components is 100%. The purity of the nano SiC powder material is not lower than 99.9%, and the particle size is250-350 nm; and the purity of the AlSi10Mg powder material is not lower than 99.9%, and the particle size is 150-250 nm. According to the prepared composite material, the mechanical property of a substrate is improved, and according to the preparation method of the composite material, the technical problem that nano-reinforced-phase particles are not evenly distributed in the substrate is solved.
本发明是种铝基复合粉体材料,按照重量百分比包括以下原料组分:25~30%的纳米SiC粉末,其余为AlSiMg粉末,各组份重量百分比之和为100%;纳米SiC粉体材料纯度不低于99.9%,粒度为250~350nm;AlSiMg粉体材料的纯度为不低于99.9%,粒度为150~250μm。本发明制备的复合材料提高了基体的力学性能性能,其制备方法,解决了纳米增强相颗粒在基体中分布不均匀的技术问题。 |
