The structure of equipment integrating the annular radiator and the exhaust valve comprises the annular radiator and the exhaust valve,the annular radiator is arranged on the outer side of a shell body of the exhaust valve, the annular radiator is formed by winding a circular pipe on the outer side of the exhaust valve, and the circular pipe is tightly adhered to the shell body.
