The core-shell structure high-nickel positive electrode material is characterized in that the chemical expression is zLi(NiCoMn)O .(1-z)LiCoO2, wherein x is more than or equal to 0.7 butless than or equal to 1.0, z is more than or equal to 0.7 but less than or equal to 1.0, y is more than or equal to 0 but less than or equal to 0.3, Li(NiCoMn)O is used as a core material, and LiCoO2 is used as a shell material.
