According to the redriver parameter configuration monitoring method, a plurality of redrivers are provided; each redriver is used for connecting an I2C bus to an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) including redriver parameter information; each redriver is used for connecting a loading enabling signal and a loading finishing signal to a CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device); the CPLD is connected to a BMC (Baseboard Management Controller); when each Redriver receives an enabling loading signal of the Redriver from the CPLD, the Redriver loads configuration parameter information of the Redriver from the EEPROM through the I2C bus, and transmits a loading finishing signal to the CPLD when loading is finished.
