The present invention discloses a 10kV live working insulated aerial vehicle leakage current monitoring device. The device comprises a power-take-up component, a conductive cable and a leakage currentdetector; the power take-up component contacts with an insulated arm so as to be used for taking leakage current flowing through the insulated arm; and the conductive cable is connected with the power-take-up component and the leakage current detector so as to energize the power-take-up component and the leakage current detector. The device of the invention is simple in structure.
