Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ultrathin lamellar functionalized molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite material and its application in glycopeptide enrichment. A glycopeptide enrichment material utilizes anultrathin two-dimensional lamellar structure molybdenum disulfide nano-material as a matrix. After surface modification with nano-gold, through a simple and stable Au-S bond chemical reaction, a mercapto-containing glycopeptide enrichment functional group is loaded. An experimental result shows that the functionalized molybdenum disulfide-nano-noble metal composite material and glycopeptides produce hydrophobic interaction or through a reversible reaction of the boronic acid group supported on the surface of the material and the sugar chain of the glycopeptides, the functional material realizes the highly selective enrichment of glycopeptides. The functionalized molybdenum disulfide-nano-noble metal composite material is prepared through simple processes under mild reaction conditions.
