The method includes: taking array induction deep resistivity as stratum resistivity to calculate water saturation Sw; correcting a difference value of the water saturation Sw and water saturation acquired by lateral deep resistivity through argillaceous irreducible water saturation to acquire increment D; calculating a ratio of increment D of a reservoir to gas saturation, and calculating monolayer gas testing water production rate; according to a calculating result of the gas testing water production rate and the ratio, selecting a block uniform in reservoir lithology for regression analysis; when the gas testing water production rate is smaller than 10%, predicting that data are greatly affected by the ratio, and when the ratio is smaller than 10%, giving two ranges to cooperate with a gas testing water production rate calculation formula; when the gas testing water
