Desizing gray fabric manufacturing technology

The invention provides a desizing gray fabric manufacturing technology which can lower discharging of a sizing agent and recycle resources. The manufacturing technology comprises the following steps of using the sizing agent containing PVA to conduct sizing on yarn; using the yarn to conduct weaving to form gray fabric; desizing the gray fabric and collecting desizing liquid; filtering the desizing liquid, afterwards standing for 20 min-1 h and collecting supernatant liquid; concentrating the supernatant liquid to form PVA recycling liquid; adjusting the pH of the PVA recycling liquid to 8.5-9.5, and adding a salting-out agent and a flocculating agent into the PVA recycling liquid to flocculate PVA; filtering to obtain recycled PVA and a filtrate; washing recycled PVA to remove the salting-out agent and the flocculating agent which adhere to recycled PVA, and preparing the sizing agent to conduct sizing on the yarn, wherein the dosage of recycled PVA in the sizing agent for sizing theyarn is not larger than 2
