The invention discloses a preparation method of a solvent-free double-component polyurethane cooking adhesive, and particularly discloses preparation of an adhesive A, preparation of an adhesive B andpreparation of a target, wherein the adhesive A is prepared by dewatering polyether glycol with a molecular weight of 1,000 to 2,000, liquefied MDI (NCO%=33.5) and a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimerunder conditions that the temperature is 100 to 120 DEG C and the vacuum degree is -0.1 MPa for 2 hours, determining that the system is qualified if a detection result shows that the moisture contentis less than 0.05 percent, and cooling the system to 40 DEG C; the adhesive B is prepared by catalyzing polyethylene glycol, 1,3-butanediol, adipic acid and isophthalic acid with a tetrabutyl titanate catalyst; the target is the solvent-free polyurethane adhesive obtained by mixing the adhesive A and the adhesive B according to a ratio of 10:7. The novel solvent-free double-component polyurethanecooking adhesive has the ad
