The device is characterized by comprising a null wire stop block and a live wire stop block which are arranged in the shell. The null wire stop block slides under the action of an external force at the null wire jack, wherein the null wire jack is opened or closed during the sliding of the null wire stop block. The live wire stop block slides under the action of an external force at the live wire jack, wherein the live wire jack is opened or closed during the sliding of the live wire stop block. A live wire stop piece is arranged on the null wire stop block. When the live wire stop block is subjected to the action of the externalforce at the live wire jack and the null wire stop block is not subjected to the action of the external force at the null wire jack, the live wire jack is shielded by the live wire stop piece.
