Automatic vending machine

The invention provides an automatic vending machine which can use a commodity falling channel as a circulation route for cool air or hot air generated after cooling or heating of a cooling/heating unit, perform overall cooling or heating of commodities in a commodity holding rack and perform cooling or heating of commodities in an area, close to the rear end of commodities holding shelves, in a commodity holding channel. The invention uses the commodity falling channel extending in the up-down direction which is formed between rear ends of multiple layers of commodities holding shelves arranged in the up-down direction and a back wall of a main cabinet body as the circulation route for cool air or hot air generated after cooling or heating of a cooling/heating unit; a pipe is arranged which connects the lower portion of the commodity falling channel with an inside lower fan which is used for conveying cool air or hot air generated after cooling or heating of a cooling/heating unit, sothat cool air or hot air
