Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a quick calculation method for titanium alloy smelting burden. The method specifically comprises the steps of firstly according to quality and element composition requirementsof a titanium alloy cast ingot needed to be smelted, selecting sponge titanium and intermediate alloy; secondly listing out a linear equation set among an individual element composition, a usage amount and cast ingot required element content in raw materials; and according to a Cramer rule, solving a matrix corresponding to the equation set, thereby obtaining a unique solution of a usage amount ratio of the raw materials.
