Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a determination method and device for eddy current testing sensitivity. Specifically, the method includes: scanning to-be-detected alloy weld seams; acquiring an amplitude value distribution curve of the to-be-detected alloy weld seams' eddy current testing signals according to the scanning result; and determining a maximum amplitude value of the eddy current testing signals according to the amplitude value distribution curve of the eddy current testing signals, wherein the maximum amplitude value is used for identifying the sensitivity of eddy current testing on alloyweld seams. The method and device provided by the invention solve the technical problems of low accuracy and long time in determining the sensitivity of eddy current testing on metal butt welds in related technologies.
